We are a well established and not-for-profit Christian organisation that has been providing high quality family and children's services since 1882. We care for over 1800 children and their families each year across 7 Early Learning Centres, 6 Preschools, 2 supported playgroups and 1 Family Support Service.

Focusing on maintaining high quality standards and the best quality service to diverse families, we take pride in operating above and beyond industry standards.

We now have opportunities available for Early Childhood Educators to join us on a casual basis working across our Sydney centres including Rockdale Plaza, Brighton Le Sands, Rockdale, Turrella, North Strathfield, Strathfield, Rozelle, St Ives, Northbridge, Pendle Hill, Parramatta, Northmead and Auburn!

What you'll do

As an Early Childhood Educator you will be responsible for providing quality childcare and education services.

Core duties:

  • Provide a happy, caring and secure environment for all children
  • Adapt your approach to the individual needs of each child
  • Always strive for continuous improvement in all areas
  • Develop strong relationships with children and their families
  • Implement programs that are group appropriate with the ability to be individualised

What we need

In order to thrive in the role you will be required to have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education as well as demonstrated experience in a previous role as an Early Childhood Educator.

Your behavioural attributes will be central to your success, therefore you must be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude. We are looking for educators who will have the courage to speak up and show initiative despite not being a room leader. It is imperative that you are an excellent communicator who is capable of forming positive and productive relationships with children and their families. Additionally, you must be a team player with exceptional time management skills. Lastly, we are looking for educators who have the passion to advance their careers! Just because you start your journey with us as a Certificate III or Diploma Educator, doesn't mean that's where you will finish!

Please note: It is essential that you hold, or are willing to obtain, a First Aid Certificate & current Working with Children Check. You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including your booster.
