We are a well-established and not-for-profit organisation that has been providing high quality family and children's services since 1882. We care for over 1800 children and their families each year across seven Early Learning Centres, six Preschools, two supported playgroups and one Family Support Service.
Focusing on maintaining high quality standards and the best quality service to diverse families, we take pride in operating above and beyond industry standards.
We are now looking for multiple Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our dedicated team of Educators in our Rockdale Plaza centre. These are highly flexible roles, and we are open to full-time, part-time or in a job share capacity.
Our Rockdale Plaza Early Learning Centre is located at the Rockdale Plaza where you will have access to ample parking and amenities. In our centre, we offer 29 places for children 0-5 years old, and teaches a preschool curriculum operating in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
We pursue excellence in early learning to ensure that these most crucial developmental years for our children are full of learning opportunities. Our educators are on a mission to holistically equip and care for families and going the extra mile to engage and support our families.

- Certificate III qualified Educators: $25.70 – $27.43 plus super
- Diploma qualified Educators: $30.29 – $31.20 plus super

Our newest Educators
You will be responsible for contributing to our program and ensuring a high-quality program for all our children. You will also ensure that your room is running smoothly and in line with relevant regulations,
The core duties of this role will fall within the following categories and themes:
- Educational program and practice
- Children’s health and safety
- Physical environment
- Staffing arrangements
- Leadership and management
You will also build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators and your team members to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for families and children.
About you
To thrive in the role, you will be a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator, ideally with previous experience working in an Early Childhood setting. It is also essential that you possess the following:
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance
- Approved child protection certificate of attainment
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including your booster
It is crucial that you are a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude. You must also have strong interpersonal skills and have the skills to build strong rapport and relationships with families.
You will be a caring individual who is passionate about working with children and ensuring they get the best opportunities to succeed in their early education. Moreover, you will be open to change and new opportunities.
